Curcuma alismatifolia "Red" ( Chiang Mai Red )

                This is a sport of Curcuma alismatifolia "Pink" , well known as "Siam Tulip"

                Plant may grow 40cm to 50 cm high in full sun to 30% shade.

                Inflorescence rose to rose-red. Plant and inflorescence generally smaller than the pink

                species. Makes like the Siam Tulip a good cut flower. Plant goes dormant in winter.

                Bulbs are available from December to April/Mai only.
