Etlingera elatior cv. Red Tulip
This is a Torch Ginger with unusual inflorescence as it is tulip shaped due to enlarged bracts
which never open completely. The plants produces them in abundance while the stems are
shorter than on the species.
Leaves are reddish-maroon especially on the undersides.
Prefers to be grown in full sun while reaching a height of 6' to 8' ( 1.80m to 2.40m )
